Through the Sports Performance Lab, Insight offers assessments and support for various developmental and mental health disorders including ADHD, autism, oppositional defiance disorder, and others. We not only offer assessments, we also offer regular counselling sessions or sports psychology session for you to check up on your mental health. We also offer support and solutions to parents and caregivers, providing them the tools to help support their children.

assessments
Mental assessments will examine the athlete's motivation, emotional regulation, learning abilities, mental health issues, and overall mental barriers to performance.
We strongly believe that assessments are helpful in identifying your strengths and weaknesses and will lead to recommendations for both behavioural and academic intervention. With the use of assessments, we can identify problems that can be used to assist individuals to better themselves.
Psychological assessments evaluate your learning, thinking and behaviour. Assessments can vary from individual to individual however, they most times include testing, interviews, observation and consultation with one of Insight’s trained professionals.
